Emerging Paradigms is now activated and loose in the wild!
When I set this up in December, the website was still taking shape and the first essay was being refined. Both are now live.
The opening essay — Institutional Inertia: When the Map Replaces the Territory — introduces Integrated Decision-Making as a practical method for institutions whose maps no longer match their territory. It walks the pattern through government, academia, and enterprise and ends with a concrete starting method you can trial on your next high-stakes decision.

From here, expect a new essay roughly once a month, plus occasional short notes between pieces. The series is called From Inertia to Immersion — each instalment goes deeper into a specific sector and decision context.
